The Technical and Engineering Cooperative Company Tabarzin Sanat was established in 1999 (1378 in the Iranian calendar) through the efforts of Dr. Rahman Dadman, Engineer Kheirallah Jarrah, and a group of railway specialists. This company was founded to realize the principle of participation in the cooperative sector as outlined in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, taking into account Note 32 of the budget law for the years 1998 and 1999 (1377 and 1378). Tebrzin Sanat was officially registered on 28th April 2000 (08/02/1379) under registration number 161820 at the Companies Registration Office and began its operations.
