History
Since the railway transportation industry is one of the important infrastructures of every country, the Technical and Engineering Cooperative Company of Tabriz Industry was established with the efforts of Martyr Dr. Dadman, the late Engineer Kheirallah Jarrah, a group of specialists and veterans of the railway industry, and efficient and experienced railway personnel. Based on Articles 43 and 44 of the Constitution, and with the aim of achieving economic justice, preventing the concentration and circulation of wealth in the hands of certain individuals and groups, and avoiding the transformation of the government into a large and absolute employer (even to a small extent), emphasizing self-governance and self-reliance to better position the goals and programs of the country's railway transportation industry, it was founded in 1999 (1378 Iranian calendar) and officially started its activities under registration number 161820 on 1999/04/28 (1379/02/08 Iranian calendar). The company aims to take steady steps and continuous efforts to provide even small services in the country's economy, especially in railway transportation, and has set the following objectives as its guiding principles:

Enhancing and developing the quantity and quality of the railway transportation industry
Increasing productivity in the production of sleepers and providing railway and metro track maintenance services, as well as other company activities
